Introduction
The BMW Connected app combines all the apps previously provided by BMW into
one common app.
It replaces the following current apps:
My BMW Remote app
BMW i Remote app

Schedule trips
Destinations can be scheduled via the BMW Connected app. Two options are
available for this:

Wireless connection
A base plate is no longer provided for any telephone system in the G30. For
this reason, the telephone
is connected to the head unit either wireless or through a USB port.

General information
Video files and, depending on the vehicle equipment,
video DVDs can be played. Sound is
played back through the vehicle loudspeakers.
Settings are stored for the driver profile currently
used.
The video image on the front Control Display is
switched off when a country-dependent speed is
exceeded.
Surround View
Surround View shows the vehicle surroundings and displays them in TOP View
and 3D View on the
Central Information Display.
The system comprises the front camera, the two cameras integrated in the
exterior mirrors, the rear
view camera (RFK) and the Top Rear Side View Camera (TRSVC) control unit.
