BMW 5 Series: Adjusting

Brightness

1. "CAR".

2. "Settings".

3. "Displays".

4. "Control display".

5. Adjust the brightness of the screen.

Headphones

Connect cordless headphones.

Tone

If the vehicle loudspeakers are selected for sound output, the settings are adjusted as in the front.

If headphones are selected for sound output, only treble, base, and surround can be adjusted.

The settings are made separately for the left and right headphones.

Sharing settings

The following settings can be adjusted for a shared entertainment source from the front:

  • A shared entertainment source is automatically accepted in the rear.

    With limited rear operation the shared entertainment source will be accepted in the rear automatically.

  • A shared entertainment source is automatically rejected in the rear.
  • The acceptance or rejection of a shared entertainment source in the rear is optional.
